Conceiving Naturally And Low Sperm Count

Can I conceive naturally, my hubby total sperm count is 18 million with 25% motility. We have been trying to conceive for past 2 years naturally and now took a decision to do IVF, when browsing I saw this site and take a last chance to conceive naturally? Could I? Can you help me? Is it true?

It is possible to improve sperm count and sperm motility naturally so that you can conceive without the need of IVF treatments.

Consider that natural therapy needs time to produce positive effects, but in my opinion it's definitely worth trying especially because your hubby will need to increase his sperm count by only 2 million to be in the normal range. This is doable. Consider that it will take a period of 2-4 months to see improvement, given that he is otherwise healthy, not a smoker and that he follows a healthy life style based on the fertility diet.

Make sure your husband only wear loose cotton underwear, avoid saunas and hot tubs, that he keeps is cell phone away from the reproductive organs and that he never places his laptop on his lab, but always on the table as heat and electromagnetic energy can affect sperm health.

I recommend the male sperm kit. These male fertility supplements have been formulated by reproductive expert, Dr. Grunebaum, MD.

When talking about male fertility, the health of the sperm depends on not just the number or sperm count, but also its size, shape and motility. Sperm motility is very important and it is determined by the percentage of sperm that are moving and their capacity to "swim" in a forward direction. This is necessary so that the
sperm can reach the fallopian tube and fertilize the egg.

The Male Fertility Complete Kit Includes:

1. FertilAid for Men provides all the mineral, vitamins and herbal remedies necessary to support healthy sperm production and seminal fluids. A recent study published in the American Journal of Andrology proved that FertilAid for Men significantly increased the total number of motile sperm in men with low sperm count. This formula combines a potent blend of antioxidants, vitamins, herbs, and minerals with the amino acid, L-Carnitine. Many scientific studies have reported how L-carnitine plays a very important role in stimulating sperm production and restoring male fertility.

2. CountBoost helps men with lower sperm count when taken in combination with FertilAid for Men. It contains a variety of vitamins, antioxidants, and herbal ingredients that have been scientifically demonstrated to improve sperm count.

3. MotilityBoost Motility Boost is designed for men with sperm motility issues. It contains potent anti-oxidants like CoQ10, N-acetyl-cysteine, and Quercetin that have shown in clinical studies to improve sperm motility, sperm count, and sperm morphology. It also contains L-Arginine, L-Carnitine, Vitamin B12, and Mucuna Pruriens, which are important for the development of healthy sperm and key fertility nutrients for men.

4. The kit also includes a home SpermCheck Test. This allows couples who have low sperm count to test at home before going to have more invasive and often unpleasant sperm test done. I recommend having this test and doing it around 2-3 months after beginning taking the above supplements to give an indication that the treatment is actually working. With this test, you can determine if your sperm count is in the "normal" range.

I hope you decide to try a natural approach before resorting to IVF.

Fertility Blessings!
