Endometriosis & Fibroids Decreased

by Angela Nelson
(Montreal, Canada)

I have been suffering from endometriosis pain for 6 years and I am 46. I am not trying to conceive, but I found this site while searching natural therapies for fibroids and endometriosis. My doctor recommended hysterectomy, but I was not willing to go that road yet.

I did natural progesterone cream and took DIM and enzymes. I also did self-fertility massage and Castor oil therapy for 5 months. I am now almost endometriosis pain free and my doctor said that the fibroids are much smaller.

I will continue with the self-fertility massage and castor oil indefinitely as this is the easiest way for me to keep going until menopause.

I wanted to share my experience because I know many women who want to get pregnant may have endometriosis or fibroids. I hope this will help them try these natural therapies first.

Good Luck!
