Getting Pregnant Naturally Tips

by Margrette Liburd

I am 25 years old and my husband is 42, we have been married 2 years now and we have been trying to have a baby since but I never gotten pregnant yet, what should we do?

Hi Margrette,

In order to get pregnant, you need to know your body and you fertility very well. Begin by charting your cycle and make sure you are ovulating each month. In order to get pregnant you need to have regular ovulatory cycles and lots of fertile cervical mucus each month around the time of ovulation.

Make sure to have sex the first day you detect fertile cervical mucus, which looks like raw egg white. Once your mucus turns sticky ovulation as occurred. If you need more information on how to chart your cycle and your cervical mucus, download my FREE Guide To Fertility Charting And Natural Conception.

Also, make sure you and your husband are taking natural fertility vitamins. I would recommend FertiAid for women with FertileCM to support ovulation and help you make fertile mucus and FertilAid for men to increase sperm quality.

If after six months of trying naturally you do not conceive, see your doctor and ask for fertility testing both for you and your husband.

Also don’t forget to follow the fertility diet and try to relax.

Fertility Blessing!
