After 5day I have been having sex with my husband, but I don’t know if I have ovulate. Please, help me I want to have my children. Am Sophia. God bless u as u help.

Hi Sophia,

There are many ways to know if you are ovulating; the best one is by checking your cervical mucus and your temperature. When a woman takes Clomid her fertile cervical mucus can be low.

In order to get pregnant during ovulation, you need lots of fertile mucus that looks like raw egg white. This type of cervical mucus keeps the sperm healthy while the egg is released. If you don’t make enough of this mucus, you will not conceive even if you take Clomid and ovulate.

The best way is to improve your cervical mucus is by eating a healthy diet, drinking lots of water and taking FertileCM supplement.

Since the cervical mucus production is so important to facilitate ocnception using Pree-seed during intercourse can help maintain lubrication and prevent vaginal dryness.

You can also use raw egg white that has been pasteurized.

Many Blessings!
