How To Conceive

by Noor Fatima

I have been married for 8 months... and according to the doctor I am all right but before all that I had weak follicles.. but after eating megashellcal and ovi f I am perfectly fine... but I am not pregnant yet. My husband's test is perfect then whats the problem in your mind?

If your doctor has successfully treated you and everything now is fine, I am sure you will soon get pregnant. Sometimes, stress is a majour factor in preventing couples to get pregnant, especially if they have been trying to conceive for a long time. My advice is to find ways to relax and not to be concerned about you getting pregnant.

One very important aspect of fertility is also fertility charting. You need to know when you are about to ovulate in order to make sure that you are going to be successful. Some women chose to use a fertility monitor like Ovacue. This is a very handy tool that can tell you when you are about to ovulate and do not miss your chance every month.

Another important aspect of getting pregnant is to make sure you have fertile mucus. Around the time of ovulation , women need to be able to produce lots of healthy cervical mucus which helps to keep the sperms alive and healthy. This mucus looks like egg white and it is stretchy and transparent.

Follicle size for being pregnant
by: Anonymous

If someone follicles size is 9.4 ml in volume so she can pregnant with it ? plz explain.

This type of measurement is often performed when diagnosing PCOS. You need to talk to your doctor about your situation. Your doctor will be able to explain what this means to you.

Alone, this measure does not provide the entire clinical assessment for someone's ability to get pregnant. Ovarian volume and ovarian size needs to be correlated to hormonal levels as well. Many factors affect fertility.

What I can tell you is that as a reference, a normal ovary has a volume of ~4–7 ml. A typical mean ovarian volume of about 12 ml may indicate PCOS.
Women who have polycystic ovaries can get pregnant provided that they ovulate regularly each month. Natural treatment can also help improve the situation in most cases.

ovi-f for male
by: Raad Irfan

My doctor refer me ovi-f. I am a male what is the effect on male fertality of ovi-f.

Ovi-f is the brand name for Clomiphene Citrate or Clomid. This drug is prescribed to men who have low testosterone levels.
As you probably already know, this drug is designed for women and it is FDA approved for women and not foe men (I believe).

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about the side effects of this drug on men. There are many side effects and not all men handle them well. Men respond differently than women to this drug.

If you are suffering from low testosterone levels leading to poor sperm count and quality, there are other natural alternatives to this drug.

I would recommend looking into acupuncture, homeopathy, nutrition and herbal medicine like Ikawe for Men.

Many Blessings!
