Increase Fertile Mucus
Hi am 23 years old and my husband is 27 years old we r trying to conceive a baby from February. The problem is that I am not producing enough fertility mucus not even during intercourse. plz tell me any remedy for it as soon as possible!
Answer:There are three main ways to
improve fertile cervical mucus during ovulation:
1. Follow a diet that is rich fruits and vegetables. Also avoid acidic foods and foods that are highly processed. Drink lots of water each day and avoid carbonated beverages. Eal foods high in omega 3 like salmon, sardines, and flax seed oil.
2.Consider supplementing your diet with
FertileCM. This natural product helps increase cervical mucus naturally and supports embryo implantation preventing the risk of miscarriage. FertileCM facilitates mucus alkalinity and a healthy vaginal environment.
3.Use sperm friendly lubricants during sex. I recommend using
Preseed, which is the only type of lubricants designed specifically for trying-to-conceive couples. The others lubricants may contain chemicals and spermicides and make a couple infertile. So, use Preseed during intercourse if you don’t have enough fertile cervical mucus until your diet and supplemntation provide visible results. Pre-seed is the only sperm friendly lubricant which is in consistency and pH very similar to female cervical mucus and facilitates conception.
