Low Sperm Count & High Prolactin


I am 35 years above, my spouse is 36 above we been married for three year, but before we got married we have been trying to conceive, later my husband was diagnose of low sperm count and I was later diagnosis of high prolactin the range according to my doctor is 6-24, but my own was 31 after six month it was 29 and have been place on parlodel while my spouse on proviron and manix and some herbal drug. Though my spouse smokes and takes alcohol. How can I be pregnant within three months? What are the types of fruit that is good for me and my spouse to improve is sperm and to low my prolactin?
