Low Sperm Natural Supplements

by Joh
(Sierra Leone)

I am 35 year old I have been with my partner for 16 years and she is 27 years old and I want have child now. So what treatment can I take for low sperm?

We went to several doctors and they say my wife is ok. So what can I do?

Low sperm count, poor motility and morphology depends mainly on two factors:

1. Environmental toxicity
2. Lack of important minerals, vitamins and antioxidants

The best way to treat low sperm count naturally is to support the body in eliminating toxins and to provide important key fertility nutrients to help the body manufacture healthy sperm again.

Fertility Cleanse For Men

When a men is suffering from infertility, toxins are often the cause. Make sure to avoid the following:

Electromagnetic frequencies (EMF’s) are known to affect the health of the sperm. Do not keep your cell phone in your pocket and do not place your laptop computer on your lap, but use a table.

Cigarette Smoke
Medical doctors advise stopping smoking as it damages the sperm.

Eat only pesticide-free fruits and vegetables. Pesticides mimic estrogens in the body causing low testosterone levels in men with poor sperm count. The hormone testosterone stimulate the formation of healthy sperm.

Prescription Drugs
Please, talk to your doctor if you are taking any medication and this can affect your fertility.

Hormones In Food
Eat only organically raised milk, eggs and meat.

Soy has an estrogenic effect on the body. In men higher estrogen levels cause low testosterone.

In a study of
men with poor sperm quality, excessive alcohol consumption was associated with decrease in the number of normal sperm.

Do not heat your food in a microwave oven inside a plastic container. Chemicals will leach into the food causing infertility.

Tight Underwear
Tight underwear like briefs can prevent the testicles from being at the right temperature.

Hot tubs
Sperm cells are sensitive to high temperature and can become damaged.

High stress levels increases the production of cortisol, also known as stress hormone. This leads to a cascade of events that affect male hormonal balance leading to low sperm count.

In order to help the body eliminate toxins that you may have accumulated during the years, I would recommend doing a male fertility cleanse for 1-2 months.

You can get Male Fertility Cleanse here.

2. Lack of important minerals, vitamins and antioxidants

Clinical studies are reporting that there is a link between male infertility and lack of specific nutrients in the body, especially zinc, folic acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, L-carnitine, and antioxidants.

The Male Factor Formula Kit contains all of the herbs, nutrients, antioxidants, and amino acids men need to help increase sperm quality, thus improving overall chances for conception.

The nutritional supplements in this kit give the body the building blocks necessary for healthy sperm production.
These nutrients are designed to normalize sperm motility in men with low sperm quality.

This protocol should be followed for a minimum of 3 months after two months of cleansing in order to obtain best results to improve sperm count, motility and shape.

Fertility Blessings!
