Pregnant At 40 With High FSH

by Janet
(London, UK)

I knew that my diet was not perfect and that I needed to do something to improve it, but I am a bit lazy and I honestly don't have a lot of time to prepare my own meals. So, I decided to take the fertility smoothie parks as they are so easy to make and that was something I was able to do right away.

I also began charting my cycle to know if I was ovulating and to see if the luteal phase was long enough because I am 40 and my cycles are 27 days long. Our doctor wanted to put me on fertility drugs because he said that my FSH levels ware a bit high, but I wanted a natural approach first. Everybody told me that it would't work for me because of my age.

I also decided to do the fertility cleanse for two months and took royal jelly and maca to help egg quality.

We were trying to conceive for about 5 months and I am now 7 weeks pregnant!

When I told my doctor I had a positive home pregnancy test he said it was probably a false positive because at my age it was going to be hard to get pregnant so soon. But I am really PREGNANT!
