by Soma

Hi, I am 32and have one 7yrs girl. I want to get pregnant again and also trying, but from last 2 month I have irregular cycles. This month spotting for 8days then period started. I want to get pregnant again pls help.

Hi Soma,

In most cases, spotting before your period is no cause for concern. If this light spotting continues for three menstrual cycles, see your doctor. Any bleeding that occurs longer than 3 weeks should be investigated.

The following are the major causes of light spotting before the periods:

Hormonal imbalance

Uterine polyps

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

Thyroid disorders

Bladder or vaginal infections

Ectopic (tubal) pregnancy

Hormonal is usually the most common cause. When the hormones fluctuate during the menstrual cycle, the periods become irregular. Having spotting for 8 days before the periods, may indicate that the corpus luteum is breaking down too early and cannot support progesterone production.

Not many women know that toxicity can be responsible for causing hormonal imbalance. The best way to address this naturally is through a detox program. Most often cleansing will help clear out the uterus and support the liver to balance hormonal production once again.

Hormonal fluctuations cause the uterus to thicken and growth every month, when the hormones cannot maintain a steady level, the uterus begins to break down too early. What I am trying to say is that hormonal imbalance send the wrong signals to the uterus and spotting occurs. Estrogen to progesterone imbalance is often associated with spotting before the periods.

I would recommend following a fertility cleanse for
2-3 months before trying to conceive. Cleansing will support the body in eliminating excess toxins and bad estrogen that is the major reason for poor progesterone production. The periods become irregular when ovulation is delayed and the second half of the menstrual cycle is not long enough. This can cause and increased risk of miscarriage. After cleansing most women notice regular periods and increased fertility as they begin ovulate at the right time of the month.

Also, a lack of oxygen rich blood to the reproductive areas and the uterus will also cause menstrual irregularity, congestion and inflammation. Blood stagnation in the uterus is responsible for many women’s inability to conceive, especially if the uterus does not completely empty its contents during the menses each month. The result is accumulation of toxins leading infertility. Toxins accumulation also makes the egg less viable affecting ovarian health.

Doing self-fertility massage in conjunction with castor oil packs is an excellent natural and effective way to address these problems naturally.

Doing self-fertility massage you will support your uterus, strengthen your uterine muscle and stimulate blood circulation to the ovaries and fallopian tubes.
Increased blood flow to the ovaries is required to make healthy eggs and self-fertility massage helps keep your fallopian tubes clear and facilitate conception.

Spotting before your periods that persists for long can also indicate endometriosis, especially if accompanied by painful periods, cramping and other symptoms. Talk to your doctor for further support. Doing a fertility cleanse with self-fertility massage will help prevent and treat endometriosis naturally.
